1. Service Overview
Design:Lab is a SaaS tool that converts public web pages into editable Figma layers. The service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly page credits. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription & Auto-billing
Paid plans (Pro, Studio, Team) are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). Billing begins immediately upon plan selection. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. How to Cancel Auto-billing
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page (Settings → Manage Plan → Open Billing Portal). Once cancelled, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Cancelled accounts revert to the Free plan when the paid period expires.
5. Digital Content Withdrawal Limitation
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 17), the right of withdrawal may be limited for digital content services that have already been provided or whose provision has begun. Once page credits are consumed or capture processing has started, those credits are considered used and may not be eligible for withdrawal. You will be informed of this limitation before completing your purchase.
6. Credit Policy
Monthly page credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Only successfully processed pages consume credits. Failed captures and pages that produce errors are not charged. Site imports only deduct credits for pages that complete successfully.

Design:Lab processes publicly accessible web pages only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or editability of every captured page. Results may vary depending on the complexity and technology used by the target page. The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.
