Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Full Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no page credits have been consumed during the current billing period. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Partial Refund
If credits have already been used, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. The refund amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused credits remaining in the billing period.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the Billing page (Settings → Manage Plan → Open Billing Portal). Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges after cancellation. The account reverts to the Free plan when the paid period expires.
4. Digital Content Withdrawal Limitation
Under applicable consumer protection laws (including the Korean Electronic Commerce Act, Article 17), withdrawal rights may be limited for digital content services already provided or whose provision has begun. Consumed page credits or started capture processing are considered used and may not be eligible for withdrawal. This limitation is disclosed before purchase completion.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests can be submitted through the billing portal or by contacting our support team via the email address in your account settings. Please include your workspace name and the reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
